摘  要:在非离子表面活性剂的合成教学实验中,为了减少环氧乙烷的消耗,节约实验成本,对250mL的高压反应釜进行了改造,筹建了一套耐高压反应物料量少的教学实验装置,并用此装置合成了十二醇聚氧乙烯醚,以验证此装置的性能。实验表明:可以通过控制油浴温度来控制反应物料的温度。当起始反应物料十二醇为8~10g,油浴温度为120~160℃之间时,反应都能正常进行,但最合适的油浴温度为150℃。改造后的实验装置,可以大大减少环氧乙烷的消耗,降低实验成本。In the course of educational experiment on the synthesis of non-ionic surfactant, in order to reduce the depletion on ethylene oxide and save experimental cost, an educational experimental device with the function of enduring high-pressure and little reaction mass was constructed by refitting a 250mL high-pressure reactor. In order to verify the function of the experimental device, lauryl alcohol polyoxyethylene ether was synthesized by it. The experimental results show that it is possible to dominate reaction temperature by controlling the temperature of oil bath. When the amount of initial mass is 8 - 10 g, the temperature of oil bath is 120 ℃~ 160℃ , the reactor goes on successfully, but the optimal temperature of oil bath is 150℃, With the rebuilt device, the consumption of ethylene oxide can be greatly reduced, and the educational cost is decreased.
