疮疡灵联合贝复济治疗急性放射性皮肤损伤的临床观察

摘　　要：目的:观察疮疡灵联合贝复济喷雾剂治疗急性放射性皮肤损伤的疗效及毒副作用。方法:急性放射性皮肤损伤患者67例70处,其中Ⅲ度损伤19处,Ⅳ度损伤51处。疮疡灵联合贝复济者为治疗组;单用贝复济者为对照组。结果:Ⅲ度损伤平均治愈时间,治疗组与对照组分别为(5.63±3.53)、(6.90±4.06)d(t=2.704,P<0.05);Ⅳ度损伤平均治愈时间,治疗组与对照组分别为(9.43±4.81)、(11.50±5.23)d(t=2.865,P<0.05)。结论:疮疡灵联合贝复济能够加速急性放射性皮肤损伤愈合,且无明显毒副作用。OBJECTIVE： To observe the efficacy and side reaction of Chuangyangling combined with Beifuji in patients with acute radiation skin damage. METHODS： A total of 67 patients with acute radiation skin damage （the acute radiation skin damage totaled 70 sites, and 19 sites were Ⅲ grade and 51 Ⅳ grade） were assigned to trial group （Chuangyangling combined with Beifuji） or control group （Beifuji） . RESULTS： The average curing time of Ⅲ grade in trial group was （5.63± 3.53）dversus （6.90±4.06）d in control group（t =2.704,P〈0.05）; the average curing time of Ⅳ grade was （9.43±4.81）d in trial group versus （11.50± 5.23） d in control group （t = 2.865, P〈0.05） . CONCLUSION： Addition of combine Changyangling to Beifuji can enhance the healing of acute radiation skin damage yet without obvious side reaction.
