摘 要:对106个罗氏沼虾家系(包括32个半同胞家系)5月龄的5个生长性状进行测量。采用动物模型,把性别、雌虾出池时是否抱卵作为固定效应,并以日龄为协变量,借助DFREML方法估计头胸甲长、腹长、最后腹节长、体长和体重等性状的方差组分,进行遗传参数的估算。结果表明,5个生长性状的变异系数中体重的变异系数最大,为36.80;罗氏沼虾5月龄头胸甲长、腹长、最后腹节长、体长和体重的遗传力分别为0.06、0.07、0.02、0.07和0.07,生长性状的遗传力属低遗传力;5个生长性状的表型相关系数在0.398~0.910之间,遗传相关系数在0.35~1.0之间,其中头胸甲长与体长的遗传相关程度最高,遗传相关系数为1.0,体长与体重的遗传相关程度次之,遗传相关系数为0.98。本研究可为罗氏沼虾的进一步选育提高和杂交利用提供科学依据和理论参数。Five growth traits of 106 families of five-month old Macrobrachium rosenbergii,including 32 half-sib families were measured,and genetic parameters of the five growth traits,including cephalothorax length,abdomen length,the length of the last abdominal segment,body length and body weight were estimated using an animal model;variance components were estimated by DFREML method.In the animal model,sex and egg-carrying status were used as the fixed effects,and the age of the families was used as covariate.The coefficient of variation of body weight was 36.8,and the highest among the five growth traits,indicating for a greater potential for genetic selection by body weight.Heritability of the five growth traits for five-month old M.rosenbergii was low,and heritability of cephalothorax length,abdomen length,the length of the last abdominal segment,body length and body weight were 0.06、0.07、0.02、0.07 and 0.07,respectively.The phenotypic correlation of the five traits was between 0.398 ~ 0.910,and the genetic correlation was between 0.35 and 1.0.The genetic correlation between cephalothorax length and body length was the highest(1.0),and that between body length and body weight was lower(0.98).The results would provide theoretic basis for further selective breeding and hybridization of M.rosenbergii.
