摘 要:在简单分析三种基本谐振变换器的基础上,详细叙述了半桥串并联谐振变换器(LLC型)在f_0<f<f_r频率范围内的工作过程,通过Saber软件对不同负载情况下的工作过程进行了仿真,分析了它们之间差异。简单地比较了f_0<f<f_r和f>f_r两个频率范围的工作情况,及工作于前一频率范围时的优势,并对电路设计中的主要参数对变换器工作的影响作了分析,最后给出实验结果。Firstly we spreaded out three basal resonant converters, Then the LLC half-bridge which operates with in the f0〈f〈fr frequency rang was taken into analysis in detail, On the base of taking the Saber software, the operations of this converter with different load situations were simulated and explained further, the obvious discriminations were taken out clearly, By comparing the operate within f0〈f〈fr and f〉fr frequency rang, the merits that the converter operated in f0〈f〈fr rang emerged. Meanwhile, based on the DC characteristic, the main parameters in power stage was researched and experiment results have finally verified the analysis above.
