摘  要:重点研究一种新型的有限双极性PWM全桥控制方式,实现变换器不受负载范围限制的零电压零电流软开关,不存在滞后臂零电流开关困难问题;分析、解决全桥变换器的不平衡问题,有效解决变压器偏磁问题,相对于移相控制,解决了占空比丢失问题,提高了占空比的利用率。此控制方法对解决像IGBT、BJT这样少子导电的器件,在关断时存在较大的拖尾电流而产生损耗较大的问题尤为适合。This text point studies a kind of new limited double the control method of poles PWM Full bridge, carrying out a transformation machine to be free from zero electric voltages of loading the scope restrictions zero electric current switches, nonexistent empress arm zero difficult problem of the electric current switches;Analytical, resolve the unbalance problem that the whole bridgeses change an electric appliances, resolve transformer to be partial to a magnetism problem effectively, opposite in move to control mutually, solved to share empty compare to throw to lose a problem, raised tO share empty the utilization of ratio. This control method to resolve phase IGBT, BJT so the youngest son conduct electricity of spare part, exist while closing break bigger drag along tail electric current but creation to exhaust a bigger problem is in keeping.
