摘　　要：分布式发电以其高效、清洁、灵活的特点被世界各国所重视,成为21世纪电力系统最重要的研究方向之一。我国的分布式发电还刚刚处于起步阶段,分布式发电的发展还受到一些关键因素的制约,详细列举出几个至关重要的影响因素,并进一步探讨了其与分布式发电的相互关系,进而也体现出我国进行相关研究和电力体制变革的必要性。Because of its high efficiency, cleanness and flexibility , Distributed Generation （DG）has been paid more attention by many countries in the world and has become one of the most important research in power system in 21st. In china, we just did little research on DG and its development has been restricted by some pivotal factors. This paper put up several more important factors and discussed their interaction further, which indicated that it was necessary to do some research and carry out the revolution of power system.
