摘 要:通过凝结试验测定充填料浆的固结性质,分析凝结时间随浓度、配比变化的规律,推测实际采场中料浆硬化固结的时间范围,为安全生产提供技术支持。结果表明,在一定浓度范围内干料中水泥掺量是影响料浆凝结性能的重要因素,浓度的影响次之。当干料中水泥掺量和浓度不变时,细度对料浆凝结时间影响显著,即粒径大的分级尾砂比粒径小的全尾砂料浆凝结速度快许多,但不同细度的尾砂对料浆凝结时间影响的程度也有差异。By testing the setting performance of the backfill slurry, the change rules of setting time following concentration and ratio are analyzed, and the assembly time scope of backfill setting after it fill in mined-out area is calculated in order for ensuring safe production. The results show that in definite concentration scope the cement content have important infection to setting performance of the backfill slurry, and the affection of concentration to setting performance is less than that of cement content. While concentration and cement content are invariable, affection of tailings fineness to setting performance is prominence, viz. the setting speed of classed tailings slurry is higher than that the full tailings, but different tailings fineness affection extent to setting performance also have obvious diversity.
