摘　　要：元素锌、铬、镁在机体代谢过程中发挥着重要的作用,代谢综合征是一组包括糖尿病、高血压、高血脂、肥胖等的代谢异常疾病。对人发中锌、铬、镁含量的变化与代谢综合征相关疾病的关系做了分析,并探讨其机制。Elements of zinc, chromium, magnesium play an important role in the body metabolism. Metabolic syndrome （MS） is a group metabolic diseases including diabetes, hypertension, hyperlipidemia, obesity and other metabolic disorders. In this paper, we discussed the relationship between zinc, chromium, magnesium in hair and MS diseases, and investigated its mechanism.
