摘　　要：介绍了活动靶艇无线电遥控系统的组成和功能。探讨了靶艇无线电遥控系统的设计方法和设计中的技术难点及创新点。该系统利用软硬件结合的方法,采用最新短波无线数据链通信技术、基于PC的嵌入式可编程控制器、PLC和机电一体化设计技术,解决了活动靶艇的远程控制问题、通信协议转换和执行机构控制的集成化设计,实现了靶艇遥控系统与主机和舵机有机结合,提高了反舰导弹试验靶标综合保障水平。该研究成果可用于新型活动靶艇的研制和退役舰艇改装活动靶艇的使用。In this paper the components and function of wireless remote system for the movable target boat are introduced, the design method of wireless remote system, the technical difficulty and the innovation theory for the movable target boat are discussed. With latest shortwave wireless datalink communication technique, PC based embedded integrate programmable control unit, PLC and mechanical-electrical integration,the wireless remote control for the movable target boat, communication protocol transformation and integrated design of control mechanism are solved. The combined remote system with host computer and control actuator is achieved. The integrated guaranty level is improved. At present this research findings has been used on the research and applications of new type movable target boat and the refit of naval out-of-commission vessel to movable target boat
