摘 要:研究了分散介质对电流变流体的稳定性及电流变性能的影响.考察了以硅油,溴代二苯甲烷及混合溴氯甲苯为分散介质,以聚喹吖-[2,3-b]-啶-7,14[5,12]-二酮(PTQA)作为分散相材料的电流变流体体系的沉降稳定性及电场下的剪切流变行为.研究结果表明,电流变流体的稳定性取决于分散介质的粘度及分散相与分散介质的密度差;电流变效应与分散介质有较大的关系:屈服应力与介质的介电常数成正比.This article focus on the influences of dispersing medium on the sedimentation properties and rheological properties of electrorheological fluid ( ER fluid). Polyquin (2,3-b) acridine-7,14 ( 5,12 ) dione (PTQA) -based electrorheological fluids with silicon oil, bromodi phenylmethane and mixture of bromochlorotoluene as dispersing medium were prepared, The sedimentation stability and the relationship between the shear stress, shear rate and electric field strength were investigated. The results showed that the settle rate of the particle was depended on both the viscosity of the dispersing medium and the density difference of the dispersed particle to the dispersing medium; the ER effect was strongly influenced by the dispersing medium: the yield stress is proportion to the dielectric constant of the dispersing medium.
