摘　　要：介绍了离子注入、等离子体镀膜技术和等离子化学热处理等现代表面强化技术的工艺原理、技术特点和在模具中的应用,结果表明,能显著提高模具的使用寿命。The main technique of plasma surface strengthening such as plasma heat treatment, ion plating and ion implantation, their basic principles and features were presented. In addition, their industrial application examples in tool and mould manufacturing were involved.
