摘  要:采用超声共沉淀法制备SO42-/Fe2O3-ZrO2(SFZ)固体超强酸,用流动指示剂法测定其酸强度,通过BET及IR对其进行表征,并将样品用于催化乙酸和正丁醇的酯化反应。结果表明,超声共沉淀法制备的SO42-/Fe2O3-ZrO2固体超强酸比表面积及酸强度大(H0≤-16.0),催化活性高,样品表面与SO42-结合较牢固,重复使用时,催化活性变化不大。The SO^2-4/Fe2O3-ZrO2 solid superacid (SFZ) catalysts were prepared by co-precipitation under ultrasonic radiation. The acidity of SFZ catalysts were determined with flow indicator method. SFZ catalysts were characterized by BET and IR, and its performances in catalytic esterification of acetic acid and n-butyl alcohol were studied. The results showed that SFZ samples prepared by co-precipitation under ultrasonic radiation had larger specific surface area and stronger acidic strength(H0≤ -16.0), higher catalytic activities, and its surface combined more firmly with SO^2-4 The catalytic activities of SFZ catalysts changed little during their repeated use.
