摘　　要：用特异的鸡新城疫（ＮＤＶ）高免血清与金黄葡萄球菌Ａ蛋白（ＳＰＡ）致敏，经协同凝集方法（ＣｏＡ）制备鸡新城疫快速诊断试剂，确定了制备工艺、标准操作程序，该制剂特异性强，不与健康禽的组织及其它几种病毒病（鸡传染性法氏囊炎、鸡传染性喉气管炎、鸡传染性支气管炎、鸡马立克氏病等）发生交叉凝集反应。同时具有灵敏度高、微量、操作简便，易掌握、省时、快速等特点。可在３－５ｍｉｎ获得诊断结果。制剂最后经冷冻干燥成型，便于保存、运输，适于兽医临床及养殖户应用。SPA Linked by specific anti-NDV antiserum. The chemical forfasrt diagnosing NDV had been prepared by CoA. The technology ofproclucing the chemical and the standard operation sequence also hadbeen established. The chemical was specifc for NDV without cross-reaction with healthy avian culture and other virus(MDHV.Avianinfections laryngotracheitis virus. Infectious bursal disease virus . Avian infectious bronchitis Virus etc. It can show the result within 3- 5min after reaching of samples. The chemical have been forozen and dries. It. is steady and covenient to apply to clinic.
