摘　　要：基于PLC自动运料装车系统实验在MCGS中的实现,介绍FX0N系列的可编程控制器与上位计算机工控组态软件之间的通讯,可把计算机看作"被控对象",即在计算机上以仿真动画的形式直观地看到"被控对象"运行情况及控制程序的执行结果,进而解决了学生用传统实物对象开展实验难或无法开展复杂"被控对象"实验课题的问题,同时也提高了学生的学习兴趣和动手能力。Based on PLC, we succeeded in realizing material-moving and loading experiment in MCGS. The communication between the FX0N serial programmable controller and the upper-position computer-controlled software is introduced, where the computer is regarded as ＂the object to be controlled＂, and in this sense the object and its operational process can be simulated. In this way, the real objects that traditional college students depend on to make experiments can be substituted by the simulated object, the students ＇ interest can be aroused and their practical abilities can be upgraded.
