摘  要:研究了在盐酸介质中,Fe(Ⅲ)催化、阻抑过氧化氢氧化钙羧酸钠反应的适宜条件,建立了催化与阻抑动力学光度法同时测定痕量铁的新方法。对于过氧化氢氧化钙羧酸钠体系,Fe(Ⅲ)既起催化作用又起阻抑作用。在342nm处Fe(Ⅲ)起阻抑作用,线性范围为0~120μg/L,检出限为9.12×10^-9g/L;在540nm处Fe(Ⅲ)起催化作用,线性范围为O~160μg/L,检出限为2.18×10^-10g/L。已用于饮用水及河水中铁的测定,结果满意。A new catalytic and inhibitory kinetic spectrophotometric method for the determination of trace iron is studied. It is based on the Fe( Ⅲ ) catalyzed and inhibited oxidation of calconcarboxylic acid by hydrogen peroxide in HCl medium. The absorption maximum of inhibitory was found to lie at 342 nm, the linear range of the determination is 0-- 120μg/L and the detection limit is 9.12× 10^-9 g/L. The absorption maximum of catalytic action was found to lie at 540 nm, the linear range of the determination is 0--160/μg/L and the detection limit is 2.18×10^-10g/L. The method has been applied to the determination of trace iron in water with satisfactory results.
