摘 要:软开关变换器适合设计高频开关电源,其特点是功率开关管仅在电压过零时开启(或在电流过零时关断),从而将开关噪声和开关损耗降至最低。准谐振式变换器属于软开关变换器的一种,它工作在恒定频率下,仅在开关周期的部分时间内产生谐振。介绍了准谐振式变换器的基本原理,重点阐述了利用SMPS Design Toolkit 1.6软件设计准谐振式变换器的流程和方法。The soft switch converter adapt to high frequency switch power supply, The soft switch converter characteristic is that the switching components will open on zero cross point of voltage or close on zero cross point of current. By this characteristic the switching noise and switching loss can be reduce to be least. Quasl-resonant converter is one of the soft switch converter, and it work on an invariableness frequency. The resonance of quasi-resonant converter will only appear at part-time in switch cycle. The rationale of quasi-resonant converter is introduced, and emphasis on the process and methods of the design of quasi-resonant converter by the software of SMPS Design Toolkit 1.6.
