摘 要:研究了摇架齿弧与高低机主齿轮之间的接触/碰撞对炮口扰动的影响问题.对ADAMS进行二次开发,编制了齿形离散点自动生成软件,建立了某火炮渐开线直齿轮/齿弧的精确三维模型;建立了某火炮发射时的多体系统动力学模型,考虑了摇架齿弧与高低机主齿轮之间的接触/碰撞,利用Hertz理论近似计算了齿轮啮合刚度.仿真结果表明,该接触/碰撞对炮口扰动存在影响,研究结果为高低机、摇架齿弧的设计提供了理论依据和参考.The effect of contact between cradle arc and main gear of elevating mechanism on muzzle disturbance was studied. The software used for automatically generating discrete points of gear profile was programmed, and the precise 3D models of involute straight tooth gear and arc were constructed by further development of ADAMS. Considering the contact between cradle arc and main gear of elevating mechanism, the multi-body system dynamics model for some gun was set up. The stiffness of gear meshing was approximately calculated according to Hertz's theory. The result of numerical simulation shows that the contact/impact affects the muzzle disturbance, and the result can offer theoretical foundation and reference for design of elevating mechanism and cradle arc.
