摘  要:对注塑螺杆计量段槽深h3、长度L3、螺距S和螺杆与机筒内壁间隙δ四个因素建立正交试验表,通过著名的流体有限元分析软件Polyflow分析了它们对注射机塑化能耗的影响,给出了对塑化单产能耗影响因素的大小顺序,为设计节能型螺杆提供了依据。The orthogonal test table was established for the slot depth h3, length L3, screw distance S of injection screw measurement segment and the aperture 6 between screw and barrel inner-wall. By using well know fluid finite element analysis software POLYFLOW, analyzed the effect of these four factors on plastizing energy consumption of plastic injection machine, and identified the order of the factors affecting plastizing uniproducing energy consumption, which provide a basis for the design of energysaving screw.
