摘　　要：本文介绍济钢高层建筑用Z向钢板的生产工艺和实物质量现状,针对济钢Z向钢板生产中存在的在线改判率高等系列问题,提出了Z向钢板开发与生产的应对措施。The article introduces the current situation of production process and actual product quality of Jigang z - direction steel plate for high rise buildings, puts forward the countermeasures for Z - direction plate development and production aiming at series problems existing in Z - direction plate production in Jigang, such as higher on line judge- ment - changing ratio.
