摘　　要：本文介绍了新钢厚板轧机自动化系统的组成,分析了系统存在的问题,提出了改进措施。项目实施后,提高了轧机安全运行水平,增加了产量,改善了指标,经济效益显著。This article describes the architecture and configuration of the automation system of heavy plate mill in Xinyu Iron and Steel Co. Ltd, analyzes problems existing on the system, puts forward improvement measures. After amendment, both safety and productivity of the mill are improved. Thus great benefits have been achieved on various indicators and economy.
