摘 要:在中药材、中药饮片及制药中间产品的传统干燥技术工艺中,存在着物料升温过高致使有效成分损失严重,生产时间长等问题,本文分别用高压电场和烘箱对厚朴、知母等五种中药饮片进行干燥试验研究,并对其干燥后的有效成分进行了检测实验研究,结果表明:高压电场干燥五种中药饮片比热风干燥速度快7.7%~42.86%,干燥后有效成分多保留2.7%~30%,说明高压电场干燥技术是一项中药材加工领域实用、有效的新型技术。There are quite a few problems in the traditional drying process for preparing Chinese traditional herbal medicine in small pieces, such as the loss of effective ingredients due to high temperature ,long duration of processing ,high consumption of energy ,unqualified sanitary conditions, etc. Parallel experiments are done one with high voltage electric field drying and the other with heat drying for preparing Chinese traditional herbal medicine in small pieces. After drying, effective ingredients are determined. Results show that the high voltage electric field drying method can make the drying speed faster and the amount of preserved effective ingredient greater,which proves that the high voltage electric field drying technology is indeed a novel and efficient technology for processing Chinese traditional medical herbs.
