摘　　要：针对英力特西部热电厂2台锅炉受热面管发生几次爆管泄露事故的部位和检查结果,分析了锅炉受热面管爆管的主要原因(如安装焊缝有缺陷、超温、腐蚀、烟气冲刷磨损和膨胀不均产生拉裂和渗漏等)。并就如何防治锅炉"四管"爆漏提出了几点建议。Aiming at the parts and the checking results of the explosive leakage accident for the two boiler heating surface tubes in Yinglite Western Thermal Power Plant, analyzes the main reason of the accident, and puts forward several advice of how to prevent the ＂four tube ＂explosive leakage of the boiler.
