高炉铁沟内投撒料剂脱硅工艺研究

摘　　要：对铁水脱磷处理前的铁水预脱硅处理的必要性及在酒钢高炉出铁沟内进行的投撒预脱硅实验进行了分析。分析得出:在铁水包脱磷工艺中,铁水初始硅质量分数应低于0.20%;高炉投撒脱硅要求处理前铁水硅质量分数应低于0.40%。In this research the necessary of desiliconization process which take precedence of dephosphorization pretreatment is studied, also the desiliconization experiment by charging desiliconization agent into iron runner of BF in Jiuquan Steel Plant is studied too. The data shows, the silicon content should be decreased below 0.20% before the dephosphorization process and the silicon content should be below 0.40% in BF iron runner desilioonzation.
