潞党参多糖的超声提取和含量测定

摘　　要：目的测定规范化产区潞党参多糖的含量。方法利用超声水提法提取潞党参多糖,用苯酚-硫酸法测定其含量。结果测得党参中多糖含量为25.09%-42.27%,平均回收率为99.53%,RSD=3.15%(n=6)。结论潞党参中多糖含量较高,具有开发利用价值。Objective To determine the content of polysaccharide in Codonopsis in good agricultural practice（GAP）areas. Methods Polysaccharide was extracted from Codonopsis with ultrasonic technique, and its content in Codonopsis was determined with phenolsulfuic acid method. Results The polysaccharide content in Codonopsis was 25.09 % - 42.27 %. Recovery rate was 99.53 %, and RSD was 3.15 % （ n = 6 ）. Conclusion Codonopsis has higher content of polysaccharide, and it has higher value of development and utilization.
