摘　　要：流动就业人员工伤保险新模式要求在政府统一的流动就业人员社会保障体系下,实行缴费资金先由省市政府统一管理,再逐步发展为全国统一的管理体系;实行单位缴费,个人不承担。为此,在重点调查研究我国五大城市工伤保险现状的基础上,提出合理的工伤保险缴费和待遇新模式。A new model of employment injury insurance has been designed to ensure the medical benefits and compensation for migrant workers injured at work in China. The model focuses on fund collected from employers by government and personal accounts of workers. Various ways were proposed to improve the model and more benefits were provided for injured migrant workers after a lot of research has been conducted across the nation.
