家蚕丝绵含油率测定方法的研究

摘　　要：为了准确测定家蚕丝绵含油率,采用索氏萃取法,研究水浴温度、丝绵取样干重对丝绵含油率测定结果的影响。实验结果表明,水浴温度在72～73℃、丝绵取样干重在(3.004±0.003)g时,测得的含油率较其他条件下的测定值高。To nieety mensurate the oil eontent rate of silkworm floss, Using Soxhlet extraetor method,the experiment was aimed at on the impaet of water bath temperature and the dried floss sampling amount on the mensuration results of the oil eontent rate .The results showed that we get the higher oil eontent rate at a temperature of 72-73℃ and the dried floss sampling at （3.004±0.003）g eompared with other initial values.
