摘  要:目的:研究草豆蔻乙醇提物中的化学成分。方法:采用硅胶柱色谱法进行分离纯化,理化及光谱分析鉴定结构。结果:从草豆蔻乙醇提取物中分离得到了8个化合物,鉴定了其中7个化合物,分别为:1,7-双苯-5-羟基-4,6-庚烯-3-酮基(Ⅰ)、1,7-双苯-4,6-庚烯-3-酮基(Ⅱ)、松属素(Ⅲ)、小豆蔻明(Ⅳ)、山姜素(Ⅴ)和7,4′-二羟基-5-甲氧基二氢黄酮(Ⅵ)、β-谷甾醇(Ⅶ)。结论:化合物Ⅰ、Ⅱ和Ⅶ为首次从该植物果实中分离得到,其中化合物Ⅰ和Ⅱ为首次从该属植物中分得。Objective: To study the chemical constituents from the ethanolie extract of Alpinia katsumadai Hayata. Methods: The compounds were separated with the column chromatographic, and their structures were identified by chemical and spectroscopic methods. Results : Eight compounds were isolated from the ethanol extract. On the basis of their physical and chemical properties and spectroscopic analysis, the structures of seven compounds were identified. They were 1,7-Diphenyl-5-hydroxy-4, 6-heptadien-3-one( Ⅰ), 1,7-Diphenyl-4, 6-heptadien-3-one ( Ⅱ ), Pinoeemhrin (Ⅲ ), Cardamomin ( Ⅳ), Alpinetin ( Ⅴ), 7,4'-Dihydroxy-5-methoxy flavanones(Ⅵ) and 13-Sitosterol( Ⅷ), respectively. Conclusion: Compounds Ⅰ , Ⅱ and Ⅶ are separated from this plant for the first time. Compounds Ⅰ and Ⅱ are also obtained from this genus of Alpinetin for the first time.
