摘  要:介绍了环氧氯丙烷的用途和生产技术概况,针对传统工艺存在的缺点,开发新工艺制取环氧氯丙烷是当前研究的热点。主要介绍了以不同氧化剂为氧源,不同催化体系下氯丙烯直接环氧化合成环氧氯丙烷和甘油经氯化、环化合成环氧氯丙烷的研究进展。对各种方法的特点和发展前景进行了讨论,分析了合成环氧氯丙烷的难点和发展趋势,指出甘油法合成环氧氯丙烷将发展迅速。Technology of epichlorohydrin industrial production and its use were summarized. To avoid disadvantages of its traditional methods, efforts have been focused on development of new technologies nowadays. Progresses in synthesis of epichlorohydrin by direct epoxidation of allyl chloride with different oxidants catalyzed by different catalysts were introduced. Development of the synthesis from glycerol including chlorination and epoxidation was also described. Features and prospects of different processes were discussed. Difficulties and trends in developing new technology of synthesis epichlorohydrin were indicated. Synthesis of epichlorohydrin from glycerol is expected to be developed more rapidly.
