摘　　要：目的探讨密闭式静脉留置针在呼吸内科患者的应用。方法严格无菌技术,选择合适的外周浅静脉,根据血管情况,决定送管方法及长度,进行静脉穿刺置管操作。结果205例中穿刺成功率为97.2%;177例未发生任何不良反应,7例穿刺点疼痛、针眼发红;3例静脉条索状改变;6例发生导管脱落;10例发生液体外渗;2例发生导管堵塞;无严重并发症发生。结论呼吸内科患者的输液有其特殊性,外周置放密闭式静脉留置针,减少穿刺的次数,减轻了患者的痛苦,建立了静脉通道,有利于迅速抢救,对挽救病人生命起到重要作用。Objective To discuss close venous indwelling needle used in the treatment of respiratory diseases. Methods The venous indwelling catheter operation was conducted under strict aseptic technique. Before the operation, proper peripheral superficial vein was selected and the length of catheterization was determined according to venous condition. ResultsThe success rate of venipuncture were 97.2% in all 205 cases. No side effect was observed in 177 of the 205 cases. Venipucture spot pain and red occurred in 7 cases. Vein streak changed in 3 cases,catheter exfoliation in 6 cases;liquid exosmosis in 10 cases and catheter obstruction in 2 cases. No severe complication occurred. Conclusion Close venous indwelling needle used in respiratory disease patients can decrease venipuncture frequency, and relief patients pain. It is advantageous to quick first aid and save patients＇ life.
