摘 要:目的探讨AutoFlow在呼吸衰竭患者机械通气中的临床应用价值。方法13例呼吸衰竭需气管插管行机械通气的患者随机予以SIMV-PSV或SIMV-PSV+AutoFlow的方式机械通气,采集数据进行统计学分析比较。结果在SIMV-PSV方式基础上加用AutoFlow,能显著降低气道吸气峰压(PIP)和气道平均压(Pmean),气道阻力(R)有减小,胸肺顺应性(C)有显著增加,差异有显著性。结论呼吸衰竭患者机械通气使用SIMV+AutoFlow既可以保证潮气量又避免气道压过高,在一定程度上还可改善胸肺顺应性。Objective To estimate the clinical application of the Autoflow in patients who suffered respiratory failure. Methods We conducted a study of 13 respiratory failure patients who were applicated the SIMV-PSV ( synchronized intermittent mandatory ventilation-pressure support ventilation) and SIMV-PSV Autoflow, respectively. All the data were undertaken the statistical analysis. Results Autoflow based on the SIMV-PSV can reduce the Peak Inspiratory Pressure and the mean airway pressure significantly, also can reduce the air way resistance, improve the pulmonary compliance, significant baseline differences were appreciated. Conclusion SIMV-PSV Autoflow can be applicated for patients who suffered respiratory failure, to ensure the tidal volume, avoid the high airway pressure, and at the same time can reduce the air way resistance, improve the pulmonary compliance.
