摘　　要：1例87岁女性患者,因脑梗死、应激性溃疡,给予奥美拉唑40mg+0.9%氯化钠注射液10ml静脉推注治疗。约10min后,出现心悸,HR124次/min,心电图示窦性心动过速,约1h患者症状逐渐缓解。次日再次应用此方案治疗,患者再次出现上述症状,1h后缓解。停用奥美拉唑,改用雷尼替丁治疗,未再出现上述症状。An 87-year-old woman with cerebral infarction and stress ulcer received intravenous injection of omeprazole 40 mg in 10 ml of sodium chloride 0.9%. Approximately 10 minutes later, the woman developed palpitation with a heart rate of 124 beats/min, and her ECG showed sinus tachycardia. Her symptoms resolved gradually after one hour. The next day, the above-mentioned symptoms reappeared after repeated exposure to the same regimen, and relieved after one hour. Omeprazole was discontinued and changed to ranitidine. The above-mentioned symptoms did not recur.
