摘 要:应用自主开发的多相混输泵的实验装置,对自行研制的井下螺旋轴流式多相混抽泵样机的外特性进行了实验研究。用水和空气作为实验介质,得到了纯水及不同含气率时该样机的外特性曲线,分析了含气率变化对螺旋轴流式多相混抽泵外特性的影响、特性参数与液体流量和气液总流量的关系。实验评价结果表明,该样机进行多相输送,在进口处含气率低于50%时总体性能较好,水力损失也较小。The self-developed pilot equipment for multiphase pump was used to experimentally study the external characteristics of the self-designed down-hole helico-axial multiphase pump prototype. Taking water and air as media, characteristic curves of the proto-type were obtained under the conditions of pure water and different intake gas void fraction.Meanwhile, the influence of changeable gas void fraction on the external characteristics of multiphase pump was analyzed.The relationships among the characteristic parame-ters, fluid flow-rate and total gas-liquid flow-rate were discussed.The experimental evaluation shows that the prototype is preferable and hydraulic loss is low when it is used to transport multiphase flow and gas void fraction less than 50% at the pump entrance.
