摘  要:文章分析了轴封油系统存在的问题,提出了相应的改进措施。新型压差阀采用波纹管式执行机构,可以维持油压恒等于氢压某一定值。新型平衡阀活塞的结构和加工精度优于老式的,从而使新型平衡阀的灵敏度高。扩大氢侧回油腔的容积可以改进国产机回油不畅的问题。轴封油系统的改进旨在防止密封瓦向机内漏油,预防故障的发生,改善汽轮发电机的运行和维护。The paper analyzed the existing problems of shaft sealing oil system, put forward corresponding improvement measures. The new differential-pressure regulator adopt corrugated pipe as its performing organ, which can keep oil pressure equal to hydrogen pressure at a certain value. The piston structure and machining accuracy is better than the old, so the new balance valve has higher sensitivity. Expanding circulating oil cavity on hydrogen side can make circulation free. The aim of improving shaft sealing oil system is to avert leak, prevent faults and improve generator's running and maintenance.
