华电红雁池发电厂微油点火稳燃技术的应用及节能效果分析

摘  要:华电新疆红雁池发电厂在大修期间对2号锅炉燃烧器进行了改造,应用了微油冷炉点火和低负荷稳燃系统。改造中拆除了原1~4号角的煤粉燃烧器,改造成微油点火煤粉燃烧器,并将微油点火煤粉燃煤器喷口设计为圆形有多级气膜冷却风结构,出口净面积比原喷口增加12%,但保持煤粉风量流通面积与原一次风管面积一致。改造后经运行实践和技术经济分析表明:应用该技术后,点火时较传统大油枪方式能节油75%以上,节省了大量燃油费用。在正常运行时不增加飞灰可燃物,对锅炉的经济性不产生影响。Huadian Xinjiang Hongyanchi power plant retrofitted the burners in the overhanl of No.2 boiler by using tiny-oi1 cold state ignition and low load combustion system.In the retrofitting,Nos.1-4 corner pulverized coal burners were retrofitted to ting-oil ignition pulverized coal burners.The jet orifices of tiny-oil ignition pulverized coal burners were designed as the circular configuration with multistage gas film cooling air,the net area of outlet was inereased by 12% as compared with the original jet orifice,but the flow area of pulverized coal air compartment was kept same as the area of original primary air pipe.The operation practice and technical-economie analysis after retrofitting showed,the application of this technology during ignition could economize oil by more than 75% as compared with the traditional large oil gun mode,with large amount of oil cost economized.In the normal operation,the combustible content of fly ash was not increased and the economics of boiler was not affected.
