摘  要:对比2台机组大修前后引风机、电除尘器用电单耗变化情况,对电除尘控制系统改造的节能效果进行了综合分析,得出电除尘改造后虽然对引风机单耗有一定的负面影响,但电除尘器本身节电效果显著,除尘效果有了明显改善,从机组整体来看,所起的节能降耗作用也是很可观的。The specific electricity consumptions of induced draft fans and electrostatic precipitators of two generating units before and after overhaul are contrasted,the energy-saving effect of control system retrofit of electrostatic precipitator is comprehensively analyzed,although the retrofit of electrostatic precipitator has a certain negative impact on the specific electricity consumption of induced draft fan,but the electricity-saving effect of electrostatic precipitator itself is obvious,the dust removal effect is improved evidently.Viewing from the unit as a whole,the energy-saving and consumption reduction effect is considerable.
