摘  要:通过控制终冷温度得到不同微观组织的管线钢,研究了显微组织对管线钢屈强比的影响,结果表明,板条状贝氏体型管线钢比针状铁素体型管线钢具有更低的屈强比,板条贝氏体型管线钢中细小弥散的析出对降低屈强比是有利的.The microstructure of pipeline steels can be controlled by controlling the finish rolling temperature, and the effects of so obtained microstructure on the yield strength/ultimate tensile strength ratio of high-strength pipeline steel are investigated in the paper. It was found that the high-strength pipeline steel with lath-shaped bainite microstructure had lower yield strength/ultimate tensile strength ratio than that with acicular ferrite microstructure. The fine and dispersive precipitates in the pipeline steel with lath-shaped bainite microstructure was beneficial to reducing the ratio.
