摘　　要：公共危机事件具有突发性、紧急性、高度不确定性和极大危害性,这些事件不仅给政府管理敲响了警钟,也逐渐使人们认识到,维护社会公共安全是现代政府的重要职能之一。重庆家乐福踩踏事件说明了我国政府危机管理体系的现状及缺陷,应该建构一套有中国特色的政府危机管理体系。Public crsis events are sporadic,urgent,highly uncertain and greatly harmful which not only warn the goyernment but also make people know that protecting public security is the important founction of modern government.The trampling event happened in Carrefour in Chongqing showesd the current facts and defects existed in the crisis management system of China＇s goveroment.A government＇s crisis management system with Chinese characteristics should be established.
