摘　　要：介绍一种不用分散剂直接分散聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯（ＰＭＭＡ）、发泡剂（ＡＤＣ）和聚乙烯共聚树脂（ＰＶＣ）等有机粉末样品的制备方法，并用扫描电镜对微粉颗粒的形貌进行了观察，采用图像处理系统对颗粒的大小进行粒度分析测量，获得其相应的粒度分布图。In this paper, an effective dispersion method for organic powder samples of PMMA, PVC and foamer ADC were reported. SEM was used to observe the surface of the powder. The size distributions of these three kinds of organic powder samples were measured by an image proces￣sing system. The results showed that the dispersion method is simple, convenient and has good dispersion effect.
