摘　　要：促进三峡库区民营经济发展,要转变观念,优化管理、市场、融资、服务环境,加大基础设施的投入,民营企业也需要苦练"内功"。In order to boost the private economic development in Three Gorges Reservoir Area, it is necessary to change the minds, to optimize management, market, financing and serving environment, and to increase the infrastructure investment. Meanwhile, non-state enterprises are supposed to lay a good foundation for future development.
