摘　　要：论述了谐振式粉尘沉积量传感器的基本原理，分析了谐振腔的结构，叙述了主要电路，列举了试验和测试数据。该传感器能测试５～１５０ｍｇ／ｃｍ２的粉尘沉积量。传感器的输出为频率量和电压量，可与监测系统联接。The basic principle of the resonant dust deposition.sensor is expounded,structure of the resonator analyzed and major circuits are described, experiment and testing data listed.The sensor can test 5～150mg/cm 3 dust deposition.The output of sensor is frequency and voltage.It can be direct connect with monitoring system.
