我国科技企业孵化器孵化力影响因素研究

摘　　要：科技企业孵化器孵化力包括孵化器的自我孵化能力和对在孵企业的孵化能力两方面内容,由基础服务能力、综合服务能力、创新能力、管理能力和自我发展能力五大要素构成,它同时受到内部构成与外部环境众多因素的影响。通过调查辨析,并运用穆迪次序图构建孵化力影响因素模型,分析发现科技政策、孵化器内部团队素质、市场(技术、政策等)信息服务等依次是影响孵化力的最重要因素。Incubating ability of science and technology business incubator, consisting of abilities to basically serve ,to comprehensively serve, to innovate, to manage and to develop, is influenced by many factors from inside and outside. In this paper, we set up a model to identify main influence factors on the basis of Modi Order Chart. The result of analyzing the data from investigating indicates science and technology policy, quality of team and market information, service which are important influents.
