摘  要:为了解氮肥对铜胁迫下水稻种子萌发及幼苗生长的影响,通过不同浓度Cu2+对水稻种子的浸泡,研究了Cu2+对水稻幼苗的根长、淀粉酶活性、脯氨酸和叶绿素含量的影响.结果表明,当Cu2+浓度≤50 mg/L时,施氮肥可促进水稻幼苗根系的活性,增强淀粉酶的活性,促进水稻种子的萌发和幼苗的生长;当Cu2+浓度≥50 mg/L时,施氮肥降低了水稻根系的活性,降低了水稻淀粉酶的活性,并且水稻种子的萌发和幼苗生长也受到抑制.因此根据土壤中Cu2+的浓度,适当地施加氮肥,可以减轻重金属铜的毒害,达到农作物幼苗长势良好、增产的目的.The effects of Cu^2+ on root length, amylase activity, proline and chlorophyll in the leaves of rice are studied by seeds soaking experiments, with a view to finding out the regulating effects of nitrogenous fertilizers on rice growth under Cu stress. The results have shown that when the concentration of Cu^2+ is ≤50mg/L, the activity of root and amylase is improved, and the germination of rice seeds and seedling growth are increased; when the concentration of Cu^2+ is ≥ 50mg/L, the activity of root and amylase is reduced, and the germination of rice seeds and seedling growth are inhabited. So according to the concentration of Cu^2+ in the soil, a suitable amount of nitrogen can be exerted so as to reduce copper poisoning, making the seedling grow healthily and increasing production.
