摘　　要：目的希望《国境卫生检疫法》的修订能更加符合时代发展的要求,体现和谐社会的要求。方法通过对"禁止入境疾病"的分析,结合传染病控制法律法规的变化,分析《国境卫生检疫法》需要加以关注和解决的问题。结果《国境卫生检疫法》和其他法律法规的规定存在不一致的地方,也有需要和现代立法精神进一步协调一致的地方。结论《国境卫生检疫法》的修订要从传染病控制专业的角度和坚持现代立法精神、充分保障人权的角度进行深入的探讨,以作出适当的修订。Objective To make the revision of Frontier Health and Quarantine Law suitable to era development, to legislation intention, and to harmonious society. Methods Through analyzing of the ＂forbidden abroad coming diseases＂ ,considering the change of infectious diseases prevention law, focus on the shortcomings of Frontier Health and Quarantine Law. Results Some items of Frontier Health and Quarantine Law are not harmonious with other law and rules, also not harmonious with modem legislation spirit. Conclusion The revision of Frontier Health and Quarantine Law should be considered from infectious diseases prevention and controlling, from persevere in modern legislation spirit, from human rights ensuring, and complete the revision suitably.
