摘　　要：本文论述了半导体离子敏场效应晶体管型传感器的工作原理，介绍了组成本仪器的系统硬件和软件，最后给出了实验结果。本仪器测量方法快速、准确，线性范围宽，测量重复性好，与现行的化学分析法相比较具有明显的优点。The principle of ISFET sensors, the hardware and software of the tester, and experimental results are presented in this paper. Compared with conventional chemical analytic method, the tester has such advantages as fast, accurate, with wide range of linear measurement and good reproductivity.
