摘　　要：本文介绍了一种用于测量表面粗糙度的漫射反射比光纤传感器，阐述了它的结构、工作原理、实验结果和特点。它能成功地消除待测表面反射率的变化和光源功率不稳定对测量结果的影响。除用于测量表面粗糙度外。A new fiber sensor adopted the ratio of diffuse reflect is proposed for measuring surface roughness.This fiber sensor,based on the theory of ratio of diffuse reflect determined by the surface roughness,eliminate the influence on the measured result caused by the change of surface reflectance and the unsteadiness of light sourse.The fiber sensor can be used not only for measuring surface roughness but also for measuring micro-displacement.
