针刺功能性消化不良患者足三里穴对其胃运动功能的影响

摘　　要：目的针刺功能性消化不良(functional dyspepsia,FD)患者足三里穴(ST36),采用胃电测定和胃排空测定的方法,观察胃运动的变化,为临床治疗提供依据。方法根据罗马III标准,确定FD患者。预先测定FD患者进餐前、后胃电活动的变化和B超测定胃排空,采用针刺FD患者双侧足三里穴(连续3 d),再测定进餐前、后胃电活动的变化,以及B超测定胃排空,观察针刺FD患者足三里穴对其胃动力作用的影响。同时设立健康志愿对照组。结果FD患者在进餐前后,胃电活动呈现不规律的电活动改变。胃的排空呈现减慢趋势。与正常对照组相比,存在显著性差异。而给予针刺足三里后,患者胃电活动逐渐趋于规律,且胃排空较未针刺状况相比,明显加快,接近于正常对照组。结论针刺FD患者足三里穴,可以调节FD患者胃电节律紊乱,改善胃排空障碍。Objective To detect gastric empting and gastric activity of patients with functional dyspepsia by acupunctured at Zusanli （ST36） before or after feeding. Methods We collected 66 patients with functional dyspepsia according to the roman standard Ⅲ. Gastric electrical activity and gastric empting were observed before or after feeding. We recorded the EGG and gastric empting after acupunctured at their double Zusanli three days. Results The EGG was irregular before and after feeding and empting decreased in patients with functional dyspepsia. The changes of EGG and gastric empting of patients with functional dyspepsia were significant compared with healthy control. The changes of EGG and gastric empting of patients with functional dyspepsia were obvious three days after acupuncture at Zusanli, and EGG was regular and gastric empting increased. Conclusion Acupuncture at Zusanli can regulate gastric motility on patients with functional dyspepsia.
