摘　　要：为了适应疫苗的发展及疾病预防控制的新需求,美国计划免疫咨询委员会(ACIP)每年都对0～18岁人员免疫程序进行修订。本文介绍2008年美国0～18人员推荐免疫程序及其主要变化,从而为旅行者预防接种提供参考和借鉴。To adapt to the changes of vaccine formulation and the development of diseases prevention and control, the Advisory Committee on Immunization Practices （ACIP） annually publishes a recommended immunization schedule for persons aged 0-18 years old. This paper introduced the recommended immunization schedule for persons aged 0-18 years old in the United States in 2008 which can provide the reference for the traveler＇s vaccination.
