摘　　要：分析了目前房地产成本法估价中存在的问题,对价值工程原理进行介绍,把价值工程的分析方法运用到房屋价值的评估中,对房屋的功能进行评价,进行房屋价值分析,并通过案例进行说明。The author analyzes the problems existed in the real estate evaluation by cost at present, introduces the principium of the value project, and applies the analyzing way of the value project to the evaluation of the house value, evaluates the function of the houses, analyzes the value of the houses, and illuminates the circunstances above through some eases.
