摘  要:目的:回顾性分析多层螺旋CT扫描及三维重建技术在寰枢椎损伤诊断中的价值。方法:16例寰枢椎损伤患者,均行螺旋CT扫描及后处理,平扫层厚2mm,重建层厚1mm。结果:多层螺旋CT及三维重建均清晰显示16例寰枢椎损伤情况,其中C1骨折5例,齿状突骨折8例,C2椎弓骨折2例,枢椎椎体骨折1例。表现为骨质连续性中断或齿状突前间隙增宽、寰枢关节移位等。结论:寰枢椎损伤的多层螺旋CT扫描和三维重建,能更好显示骨折的情况,可作为上颈椎损伤临床诊断和治疗影像学的首选方法。Objective:To evaluate the diagnostic value of multi-slice CT and three-dimensional reconstruction in atlas and axis injury retrospectively. Method:16 patients with atlas or axis injury were performed with multi-slice CT scan,the slice-thick was 2 mm.And three-dimensional CT reconstruction thick was 1 mm.Result:Among 16 cases,5 cases were atlas fracture, and axis fracture were 11 case.All of them were diagnosed correctly,and were demonstrated well, which appeared as interrupted continuity of the bone,rotation of atlantoaxial joint,or widened of odontoid process anterior diastema. Conclusion: Multi-slice CT scan and 3D reconstruction could reveal fracture better. The advantages of MSCT suggest that this diagnostic modality may be standard for the initial evaluation of the upper cervical spine injury.
