摘　　要：目的:调查骨科护士手卫生执行状况和加强预防医院感染的措施。方法:根据手卫生的要求设计了调查表,对湛江市8所医院的590名骨科护士进行了问卷调查,收回有效问卷554份。结果:骨科护士手卫生的执行不理想,护士通过不同渠道获得手卫生相关知识的占89.89%,仍有56人对手卫生知识之甚少(10.11%)。洗手中肥皂干燥保存的占37.5%,快速手消毒剂的提供占50.0%。结论:完善医院手卫生设施,提供快速手消毒剂,加强手卫生知识教育,提高骨科护士对手卫生重要性的认识,强化对手卫生知识的管理力度,才能有效提高骨科护士手卫生的执行率。Objective： To evaluate the hand hygiene compliance （HHC） in orthopedics nurses. Methods： A questionnaire which was designed according to the requirement of hand hygiene was used to investigate 590 orthopedics nurses from 8 hospitals in Zhanjiang. Results： The HHC was bad; there were 89.89% of nurses gaining hand hygiene knowledge by different ways. Soaps that were kept in dry environment accounted for 37.5%. Conclusion： Completing the cleaning facilities, increasing the knowledge, reinforcing the education and management about hand hygiene can help to improve the HHC in orthopedics nurses effectively.
